·     Managed staff of eight (8) salaried and 158 hourly employees.

·     Introduced six (6) conventional zinc die cast machines ranging from three (3) 50 Ton, two (2) 100 Ton, and one (1) 150 Ton national die cast machines.

·     Managed a capital budget of $2 million and $1.2 million tooling and manufacturing budget.

·     Reduced types and number of hazardous chemicals used in the facility by 50% and reduced associated waste generated by 30% while adhering to all environmental regulations.
